The Kellogg Cabin Part 2

The next morning, we skied up the road for about 1 /2 hours. It was only 35 minutes to get back so it was pretty steep. Then we had lunch at the cabin and headed back to the base lodge with our gear.

We arrived back at the car about 3:30. Jim went for a little more skiing and I went shopping at Toklat. They have this great mushroom soup and that year they were selling bowls to bake apples in. The we headed back to Denver after a great two days in Ashcroft.
