 The Chimney Rock Hike can be done in either direction. We took the fork to the left. Either way there is an elevation to climb. But I do think the left way was better. |

 On this hike and after so many days of dessert, I was really in to texture. This picture is an example of dessert variety. |

After all these
days we were still on the straight highways of Utah. And here it was,
Chimney Rock. So we did one more hike before hitting the road back to
Denver. 
And
every rock had a texture of its own|
